Construction Nearing Completion at HFD Group's 122 Waterloo Street Development
HFD Group (HFD), Scotland’s leading commercial property company, are nearing completion of Morgan Stanley’s new office at 122 Waterloo Street.
Completion is scheduled for December 2017 and the project achieved a significant milestone last week with the successful completion of the Integrated Systems Testing.
The 155,000 sq ft prime Grade A office development, which sees Morgan Stanley as the sole tenant, is part of HFD’s wider Bothwell Exchange development and the 9-storey building will be Morgan Stanley’s second largest office in Europe after London.
122 Bothwell Street offers a host of high spec features such as a ground floor gym, first floor restaurant with extensive external terrace area, 18,000 sq ft office floor plates and an underground car par. Resilience is provided with generators and UPS backing up the building systems and communications in the event of a disruption to the mains power supply.
The building is also designed to achieve an EPC rating A and BREEAM Excellent making it one of the most energy efficient and sustainable buildings in Glasgow.
