Bothwell Exchange, a full city block in the heart of Glasgow’s City Centre consists of two high quality Grade A office developments, including 122 Waterloo Street and 177 Bothwell Street.

The first phase, 122 Waterloo Street provides 155,000sq ft of Grade A office, which was pre-let to Morgan Stanley. The development was successfully completed and handed over in December 2017.

177 Bothwell Street, the second and final phase is a circa 313,000sq ft Grade A office. Construction has commenced with completion progammed in Q2 2021.

40% of the building has been prelet to Clydesdale Bank.
